Safety Seven Manufacturing Ltd. Signs a Sole and Exclusive
Licensing Agreement With Simply Sales Inc.
Edmonton, AB (December 2008) -- Safety Seven Manufacturing Ltd. is proud to announce the signing of a Sole and Exclusive Licensing Agreement with Alberta based Simply Sales Inc. The Agreement will see Simply Sales Inc. take over the current operations of Ergos and Ergos USA LLC. and have sole and exclusive usage of all names, trademarks, patents and IP. Simply Sales Inc. will take over all client relationships in a seamless transition of operations. Simply Sales Inc. will market and sell the Ergomates, Tracmates, Expedition and future products.
Simply Sales Inc. has taken over existing operations as of December 1, 2008. Simply Sales Inc. has aggressive plans to expand sales through, tried management and sales strategies, optimizing operations and distribution and expanding presence around the world. Simply Sales mission is to develop and support distributors while Ergomates and future products live up to our slogan of “Work is Inevitable” “Pain is Optional”.
